We like that it's clean, has character ( the rooms are named after different authors), and has good food options. The breakfast is healthy with fresh fruit options. But most of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I left clothing behind on one of our trips recently and they went out of their way to look for it and mail it to me!
