'Chefs kiss to them and their staff. So kind, so sweet and helpful, so kindhearted. Just absolutely incredible customer service. And the room was more than I expected. Very impressive. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. And the balcony was a nice surprise I didn’t know about. I slept better that night than I needed. '

I've never been in a hotel that didn't have an exhaust in the bathroom, that was odd. The bathroom door had a lock, but it didn't actually lock the door. The thermostat in the bedroom didn't bring the temperature down. The living room was very comfortable, but I'm not going to sleep on the pull out couch. If it weren't for the fan in the bedroom, the bedroom would've been...
