'Everything was perfect'

'Overall stay was good. Housekeeping wasn’t bad but could have been better. Dirty along side furniture and corners underneath the desk. A stack of towels and a garbage bag was stacked on the desk along with an extra pillow but the dirty towels and trash was left. Everything else was good.'

'Staff were grouchy whole time. Multiple times a day I had to get my room key re-set because it kept not working. Two people walked into our room so they double booked our room. Lied to us about early check in times, 3 times. Said we can do late check out and then changed our key door locks again. Again, multiple times had to reset room keys. Not one apology from staff. Also noticed they had a customer complaint on speaker phone at the front desk with others standing around and they ask them for...

'Rundown Friendly doorman but hardly ever available'

'We stayed 3 nights and there was no housekeeping done in our room while we were there. When cleaning our own room before we left, we found garbage and a slipper left behind from a previous guest that was left in our room prior to our arrival. The hotel was fine, but the rooms were not cleaned well'

'Had an incident in which the shower door in our room exploded. They staff got on to fix it immediately and were very helpful. Got us a different room within 15 minutes.'

'Relatively clean with good location to airport, you could tell it was older but the price reflected it. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the pool was ok, again, older but in ok condition. Check in was quick. Biggest issue was some staff were short and borderline rude. Maybe it was a bad day or who knows but I got over it.'
