'Tru Hotel Chain never disaapoints.This particular location was perfect. It was clean, very nice staff, safe environment and best of all, walking distance for everything. This area is a whole vibe. You never have to leave the area for good food, nice bar or nite life. I will definitely stay here again. '

'Room was dirty with hair in the bathroom and the bed had hair on the sheets. There was a church convention going on with lots of teenagers. There were signs posted numerous places regarding quiet time. This was severely overlooked and not enforced. It was well past 1:00 am when we last called the front desk to complain. The staff did nothing to enforce quiet time. '

'Property was absolutely filthy and needed updated at least a decade ago, if not longer. There is a "remodel" going on, but what exactly is being improved? No clue, we saw no improvements. What we did see was torn and hanging wallpaper literally everywhere, construction dust and trash from days? weeks? months? prior with absolutely no attempt to keep the establishment tidy. 'When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.'

'The room needed extra bedding for the couch pullout bed but overall, nice clean room. The pool is under construction so cannot be used. The complimentary breakfast was a good variety of food and drinks. The parking is $10, not the $5 Expedia states. I would visit again when the pool construction is completed. '
