'Room was beautiful. But the wifi wasn’t working. The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot. The knob was broken so you couldn’t turn it down. There were no other director suites available, so we had to deal with it. '

'Ouch. This property is going through major renovations and I’m sure it would look great when it’s completed. However, NONE of this information was on Expedia when I booked my hotel. The pool and gym were not accessible and the entire carpet was being torn out and replaced on my floor. The workers were awesome and seemed to take pride in their work. This property should NOT be open during this scale of renovation. There were many hazards visibly evident and possibly a few OSHA violations.'

'Pros: Quite. Kitchen was clean with the exception of the stove. Bed was comfortable. Cons: TV was digital pixels 70% of the viewing time. Furniture is out dated and stained. Cigarette smell in the halls. Security was non existent, anyone from the street could walk in. Key cards to the room was not working properly. Stove was dirty with dried grease on cooking service. The desk chair fabric was torn and pealing. One of the elevators was not operative. The elevator that worked had what looked like...

'While it’s no one’s fault, we arrived to the hotel after a day of traveling and learned the only elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor. The hotel employee thankfully found us a room on the second floor, fot which I was extremely thankful. Eve so, lugging luggage up stairs was NOT fun. The room was a little dirty - it didn’t look dirty but I wipe things down before unpacking and my cleaning cloths showed black dirt. Also the breakfast was just ok. Staff was great! Bed was...

'Parking was OK. Room clean , How ever around 3:00 am you could start to smell cigarette smoke coming from another room into mine (303) through the fan in bathroom. Advised front desk when I checked out. Inexcusable since hotel has no smoking policy. Wouldn't recommend that place nor would I ever stay there again.'
