'Absolutely a pleasure to stay here. I've avoided the Drury because I thought it was a run down hotel line. Turns out I was very, very wrong. The evening snacks were full meals, the breakfast was amazing, staff were attentive, kind & helpful. The pool was clean & ready for use daily. I will from now on look to this line of hotels to stay at.'

'Upon arrival, we observed several cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room. The couch had visible spots and hair on it. There appeared to be red stains or residue on the curtains. Additionally, the toilet was not functioning properly. These conditions did not meet our expectations for cleanliness and comfort and negatively impacted our stay.'

'The staff was extremely rude when checked in the room was completely nasty hair all in the bathtub ants in the room stains on towels the shower curtain was about to fall on me the room was 80 plus degrees when we got there smelled horrible I would never recommend staying here I stay in 200 plus hotel rooms a year and this is probably the very worst one if I was you I would take your money elsewhere'

'I've never seen so many dead bugs in one place in my life! Maybe, they recently had an exterminator in the building because I didn't see any live bugs. But they wouldn't have a problem if they actually cleaned the room. I pulled out the chair to sit down and there were potato chips on the seat. One of the chairs was so badly damaged it should have been thrown away. It's a shame, this looks like it would be nice with a little maintenance and cleaning. I won't be back to see.'
