'The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. 'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. '

'The gym was fantastic and so was the museum. Our room had a musty odor to it and we couldn’t connect the tv to the Google apps. Other than that it was great. I wouldn’t stay here with very young kids because of the art they’ll be tempted to touch and deep pool where people are trying to swim laps. '

'It was clean and easy to find/park. However the shower did not get warm even after letting it run. They had rules for cleaning like it was an Airbnb. Check out was at 10 am. '

'The front desk host, Erica was truly amazing. She made us feel welcome, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Having the shuttle take us to the hospital and back was so convenient. '

'Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. '

'Pulled out the sofa bed and stains all over. Third person (that I paid for was not able to sleep on the mattress). Took pictures showed to front desk and they took the pictures from my phone and said “ok” . Absolutely disgusting. '

'There were no extra sheets, no coffee pot, no ice bucket w liners, some pillows that were half deflated. No microwave. It was overpriced with two “armed guards” in front of the building. One was as skinny as Snoop Dogg that wouldn’t win a fight in a monkey poop fight. Breakfast was gross-everything was half available-there was brown sugar but no spoon and none left. There was some random brown-red liquid left on the shower faucet. Super disappointed and wish we should have picked different.'
