'This was an efficiency lodging. Exterior grounds were under construction, but the interior was clean and very affordable. Shutters on the windows are metal, so when closed, little ambient light is allowed in, but this is a security feature. We enjoyed this as a result of the inexpensive price and proximity to the airport.'

'Fabulous property and hosts! There are up to 3 units you can rent for groups up to 12 people. I highly recommend this property. The hosts have created a clean and beautiful oasis. We ordered dinner from a local restaurant that delivered and the hosts got us some requested groceries for an extra fee, which we highly appreciated. I am so happy we decided to stay here instead of a hotel in Belize City. '

'Manuel and Anna were the absolute best hosts. They picked us up from the ferry and took us on a tour of Belize City on the way to their home where the studio apartment is located. We stopped at the grocery store, purchased dinner from a local woman selling traditional food, and stopped at the liquor store near their home before checking in to the cutest, cleanest room. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, the shower had great water pressure, and the breakfast the next day...

'This place is an absolute gem! The pool is stunning, the room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable, and the entire property feels like a little slice of paradise. Our host was outstanding—they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this stay. 'The communication between the owner and the property manager was great! They made sure I understood exactly how to get to the property and get in. Couldn't ask for nicer people. I don't like giving bad reviews, so I'm trying to be constructive. The AC wasn't on so it was about 95 degrees. Finally cooled down a bit at night. Fridge and bathrooms still had lots of "stuff" in them from others. Many items broken, but the beds were nice and we just needed a place for a night near the airport,...
