'This hotel is very accessible to places you want to visit in Switzerland. Richard is very hospitable. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent. Quiet and easy to find. There are not a lot of restaurant close by but drivable if needed. The most beautiful thing that we experience is the VIEW of the mountains across the beautiful lake. '

'our family had a very pleasant time at the hotel. there were only a little problems during our 6-day stay which were solved quickly. The staff are very warm and well trained. The swimming pool is gorgeous, well equipped and clean. The restaurant served good food everyday, including fresh breakfast. We were all very happy there. Will visit again.'

'Right in the heart of the historic part of Luzern. Everything within walking distance. Absolutely a 3 star hotel and no more. Most staff are pleasant but not all. Check in is in another hotel on the next square as mentioned beforehand. But so is breakfast which was not mentioned. The surroundings are very, very noisy. From very early in the morning till very late at night. '
