'De kamers zijn onberispelijk, het personeel en nieuwe eigenaren Allison en Graham zijn erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het ontbijt was een prima English breakfast met voldoende keuze. Koffie was goed! Wij gebruikten de locatie als uitvalsbasis naar Holy Island en de Northumbrian coastline. Het strand waaraan dit hotel ligt - Spittal beach - is niet echt bijzonder. De stad zelf is historisch prachtig met zijn bruggen en stadsmuur. '

'Prima uitvalbasis voor het verkennen van de omgeving. Net B&B met vriendelijke hospita.Hebben het ontzettend naar onze zin gehad. Prachtige omgeving met super uitzicht. Gaan wij de streek bezoeken, dan komen wij hier graag terug.'

'Ideally situated close to the centre of Berwick Upon Tweed. Excellent value for money. Compact room with small double bed, comfortable enough but a bit creaky. TV, Kettle and fridge in room aswell as a hairdryer. A few minor issues that could be improved upon are; TV is ok if you are connecting somwthing to it but the signal for the digital channels is terrible. There is no mirror next to plug sockets for styling hair etc. There are only 3 parking spaces and when we were there the first night,...

'Great stay and Tracey was a superb hostess. The property is brilliantly located for the town amenities and tourist attractions. Plus we were able to park in the adjacent street. And during our visit the room and street was lovely and quiet.'

'Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. '

'The stay was just perfect. Lovely greeting and advice when we got there. The room was stunning and the bed was beyond comfortable. Such a lovely central location in Eyemouth with lovely views! There was a great choice for breakfast as well. Honestly couldn't fault a single aspect of the stay!! We'll be back!'
