'Clean room, helpful staff, nothing really spectacular, nothing bad.'

'Dirty, gross, guy at the desk walks around with no shoes or socks everywhere. It smells like death. Look at mattress with no sheets and you'll leave'

'Beautiful on campus location made the visit very simple and enjoyable'

'This property is in a sad state of decline...wouldn't recommend to my worst friend'

'Terrible. Small and very unclean'

'We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. The cabin and grounds have everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing getaway. We made a promise to return next summer, but for much longer. Kudos to Marilyn and her team- they rock. '

'It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." 'Fantastic camp, so very well thought out and charming. Highly recommended!'

They had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our trip. I came for the stars in the dark sky, and they did not disappoint. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. '

'Loved the cabins and the property! Joe is so easy to communicate with and remembers all the details. If I'm ever back in the area I would definitely stay here again.'

'Remoteness of nature close by. Intense nature experience in a small, cozy wooden palace. '

'The house was very clean and comfortable. Can see the slopes from the backyard. Great place.'

'This cabin nestled in the woods was a great escape for us from the city. A quiet and peaceful spot surrounded by sights and sounds of nature. The hosts Dave and Terry were lovely people. Communicating with us before and during our stay. The cabin had a bar fridge, stove top, dishes and cookware. Lights ran off solar, only use when needed. The off grid toilet was easy to use and didn't smell at all. The open living space was nice. We also enjoyed the large front porch. Letchworth State Park...

'Lovely rustic treehouse in a good location for several state parks and conservation areas'
