'The house is absolutely gorgeous! We were all able to get warm showers. The water pressure in the kitchen isn’t great but the bathroom sink is good if you need faster water (I had sippy cups to wash.). The fridge/freezer is small but works great we had 4 days worth of food in there no issues. We had plenty of energy from the solar panels, we left the bathroom light on all night for the kiddos. We had sooooo much fun exploring the property. Although you can hear quite a bit of traffic...

'If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!'

'Lovely cottage full of beautiful furnishings and art, adding a warm, cozy, and inspiring atmosphere. Host was so accommodating and made sure every convenience was available. Nearby Letchworth State Park was beautiful, full of scenic waterfalls and hiking trails. Hope to visit again, perhaps in the Fall!'

'This property and the cabin were an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. We slept well and enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings. Big bonus for me were all the different birds I heard and saw, including a flock of cedar waxwings that kept us entertained for 2 days, constantly swooping over the pond to catch tiny insects. A pair of barred owls were heard having a chat one night as well. We enjoyed dinners in Ellicottville with live music and great food/service at the Gin Mill. We took day...

'We found the cottage to be comfortable and roomy for the four of us! It was clean and user- friendly! Nice views of the lake! '

'The property was really cute. The stairs from the parking lot could use some work down near the house some of them are unstable and tippy. The large windows in the livingroom are beautiful and we enjoyed looking over the edge into the gorge and river area. The girls and I loved going down the spiral staircase and into the river area, such a sweet location. '

'Good stay! Home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location-just minutes from Letchworth State Park and a short walk to the lake. Be sure to bring your own towels and bedding, as noted. A special bonus during our visit was the local Shakespeare in the Park performance ("Shake by the Lake"), which added a unique and memorable touch to our trip.'

'We stayed at this lakehouse to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday. My husband and myself brought our daughter who turned 16 while we were there, and 10 of her 16 year old girlfriends. We were there from July 8th, 2025 through July 11th, 2025. The property had more than enough room for all of our sleeping arrangements. Everything we needed was already there for us to use: towels, Washcloths, paper plates, plastic cutlery, toilet paper, paper towels, etc...Jeff, the owner is amazing at...
