'Meals eaten there were well prepared and very ample in portion size. Excellent coffee. Very nice staff. There was no discomfort with the bed. Actually it was quite nice. I am planning multiple trips to the area and will be staying at the Double Tree Oak Ridge.'

'Shane was great at check in, room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location close to the interstate, gas stations and restaurants. My only recommendation is to have a small laminated card next to the ice bucket letting customers know where the ice machines are located.'
