'This was a unique stay in an old mansion, which was very well decorated. I loved the furniture!! Quiet neighborhood, and a friendly Siamese cat that demanded cuddles on the front porch, which I gladly gave. I was in town to visit my cousin who goes to Benedictine College, so didn't really do much in St. Joseph itself, except eat dinner at Boudreaux, which was tasty. '

'Yes!!! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy were hot and delicious!!! The suite was very spacious. Bathroom floor was dirty- had long black hair in the corners. The tub didn’t drain very fast. It could use a few updates. '

'Amazingly beautiful property! As we travel to show our kids the states we couldnt have picked a better place for them to experience the serenity of nature! The inside was gorgeous and very clean! Any questions we had Anthony was quick to answer and was super polite! From a family who travels alot this is top 3 one of the best stays ive had! 'The cabin was very nice and easily accessible. We really enjoyed the views of the Missouri River from the double set of large glass doors. The setting was very quiet if you don’t count the train whistles which I don’t mind at all but should be noted if you’re a light sleeper. Disposable earplugs were actually provided which was a thoughtful touch. Everything in the cabin was comfortable and well thought out.
