'Cindy was the main staff that we interacted with she picked us up at the airport quickly and was most friendly and courteous. Then we left at 4 am leaving a couple items in the room she quickly answered she would put them in the employee lounge a very efficient and correct thing to do. We will absolutely recommend Sonestra select to friends and family next time they stay near MCI as the only place to consider staying!'
