'This hotel has really gone down hill. Rooms are just average, really dated, and need of repair. Bar and restaurant staff were good and provided good service. The front desk staff seems annoyed you are staying with them. We’ve probably stayed here 10 times, it’s time to find something different.'

'We really wanted to love our stay here but it was just miss after miss. At check in they could not find our reservation, despite having the email with our confirmation number. It took a manager and an additional 20 minutes of standing around to get checked in. The pool area is underwhelming. 'Full breakfast available on the listing, so we prepaid. DO NOT PREPAY for breakfast. It is a small cafe, limited items. We basically overpaid. The cafe staff have no sink to wash their hands after clearing tables. They were friendly but I would not eat there again. Also at checkin front desk forgot to give us the breakfast ticket.
