'Impeccable service from the valet to the front desk and everywhere in between. We didn't get to dine with them this time around, but will try to do so on our next visit. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!'

'The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. '

'What a great place! The staff was friendly and helpful; location was ideal; bed was extremely comfortable; room was surprisingly quiet given its location. The only downside was that the carpets in our room had just been cleaned (literally they were finishing up as we were walking into our room) so they were wet and the room wreaked of cleaning chemicals.
