'It was an excellent option for people who don’t like the monotony of hotels. We loved the small town feel of the area! The decor is nice even though it wasn’t our first pick and there’s just enough room in the room. The only complaint we have is the grout in the bathroom needs cleaned and the bed was terrible, it looks like it’s going to be firm and then you lay down and you sink into the middle. The pillow were flat and didn’t give you any kind of comfort.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Black Thistle Church! The space was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family gathering. We hosted a dinner for about 25 people, and the owner went above and beyond by providing extra chairs and two folding tables, which made everything so much easier. They even let us check in early and were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay.The property itself is unique, spacious, and very well cared for, it truly added something special to our family event....

'Excellent location. Host extremely responsive. This is a basement of a home. Some children running upstairs, it didn’t bother us at all, but should be noted. There is also no TV. Again - we weren’t there for TV, but something to note. Full kitchen, bathroom and even a washer and dryer. Plenty of space. '

'Apartment was exactly as described and pictured, and I love that Angie says to “snoop around” for items for use because I always feel so awkward “snooping around” for kitchen items, linens, etc. in any rental! We have now stayed at this property and another of Angie’s that is in this building and it is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Urban Prairie coffee shop 700 feet away is a must for breakfast and a latte, and Sandhills Brewing next door to that has...
