When I notified her that the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper she shrugged it off with no acknowledgement of received the information. The tile floor throughout the lobby to the elevator and in the elevator was filthy and shows stuck to it. 'The elevator buttons were broken the entire stay had to phone to get staff to send elevator up any time you wanted to come down from floor. If someone used it which they did then it never came as you stood waiting with your luggage. The shower didn’t fully plug so it was very light.
