'I didn't like that when I went to go check in, I was told my room was canceled. On the booking site, it said , PAY AT PROPERTY at check in.... When I went to check in and pay, I was told that my credit card couldn't be processed.. Why are they trying to run my credit card if I hadn't even checked in? Now if I had gone in, in person and my card couldn't be processed, then I would understand it being canceled.. I booked this room in January and had the funds to pay at check in.. I asked if...

'This was my second stay…and my LAST! These guys tried to charge me $20/ per room to check in2 hours early 2 rooms they said were ready. When I refused and came back in 2 hours, they claimed the rooms were not ready. We had to wait another hour. There are other and better hotels in the same price range. This one sucked.'

'There was an issue or something when i checked in, since apparently my room was not marked as occupied. Another customer as well as an employee tried to open my room twice while we were in there. Also, somebody went in while we were away, since we noticed some things missing.'

'Hot tubs been broken for months, lots of Gnats in our room. But overall, Staff was nice, shower was hot. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was noisy. You can tell if someone is staying above you. Not bad for the price, we would stay again.'

'This room was very outdated, old furnishings. Beds were uncomfortable, squeaked every move you made. Definitely needs a remodel. Don’t recommend building 4 at all. Building 5 is the only one that looks reasonably decent.'
