'The staff are very attentive. They always asked the afternoon before about the breakfast options. Breakfast room delivery is on the dot. Cleaning service personnel are meticulous and respectable about my privacy. The front desk staff are very helpful. They help me with local restaurant choices, booking my rides and getting touch with my local contacts. I would recommend this property to everyone. '

'Wonderful place to stay in Hanoi away from the caos of the old town but still an easy grab ride away. I loved all the food options nearby this property. The staff are amazing and super helpful. Honestly they are all great. I would stay here away without a doubt. '

'The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online...

Een buitenzwembad, ligstoelen bij het zwembad

'Net appartement, zeer ruim opgezet en perfect om bijvoorbeeld sneller bij het vliegveld te zijn. Het appartement bevindt zich in een bewaakt complex met receptie. Op het complex zit ook een supermarkt (klein) maar biedt vanalles. Er is ook een goed restaurant, je kan vanaf de kamer bestellen en ze brengen het naar je toe. Appartement bevat precies genoeg bestek / borden maar géén vaatwastabletten. Wel afwasmiddel en spons. Ook een klein zakje wasmiddel (geen droger!). Afstand naar AirPort is...

'湖がよく見える部屋でした。ホテルも清潔で、スタッフの方々も皆さん親切に対応してくれました。朝食は眺めの良い屋上でも食べることができ、メニューは少ないながらも味はどれも絶品でした。観光客が少ない地区ですが、歩いてすぐに市場やチェーン店の飲食店もたくさんあり便利でした。ホテルの目の前の湖を歩きながら散歩らカフェで美味しいコーヒーも飲めます。次回は家族で利用したいと思います。'

"Excellent location, easy walk to many tourist attractions. We stayed for 3 nights which we then headed to Ha Long Bay for 2 nights. We left our luggage at the hotel without any issues. Best part of the hotel are the staff! Very helpful and always there to provide any guidance about Hanoi. Shout out to Angela and Anna for always remembering our names and making our kids feel so special. I think I may have the name correct, Moon, the front desk staff at night was awesome as well. Thank you and we will be back here next time."

"J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!"
