'It’s very far from Atlantis water park . It’s not worth staying here unless you don’t mind walking all day to the main attractions in the heat . It’s not that much cheaper to stay here . Plus my room was not ready until 6 pm . Horrible experience with check in'

'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'Extremely poor and unacceptable experience – cockroaches, mold, and unsanitary conditions
I strongly recommend that other guests think twice before staying at this hotel. Our experience was completely unacceptable.
During our stay, we discovered cockroaches in both rooms we had booked. We immediately reported the problem to the hotel, but nothing was done. We were told that something would be done about it, but there was no effective response or action during our stay.
