'Beautiful property nestled in the jungle with calm and zen vibes. The place is constantly being kept up so it is immaculate. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Lots of walking if that's what you want (10-14k steps in my case), but there are always golf carts ready to take you where you need to go. Food truck was really nice. Only improvement would be to the restaurant options, Salt & Thyme (international/Italian buffet) was a hit with my picky eater but it was only open the last 2 days of our 7...

'Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. All inclusive dus de gast hoeft zicht nergens zorgen over te maken.
Als minpunt de wat chaotische check-in (kamer die de dag ervoor al klaar had moeten zijn was dat nog niet) en de aanwezigheid van met name Amerikaanse jongeren die komen om te feesten. Dan is het best druk en luidruchtig in het zwembad.'

'Overall the property is well kept considering the finished wood stairs and rafters. All the staff are very courteous, kind, and helpful. We had almost left some personal items in the room and just 5 mins after checking out, we were informed that we left items in the cooler. We were able to go back to the room to recover our items. 'Underground parking available. Very nice rooftop pool with adjacent bar I didn’t see mentioned in reviews. Great for families. Huge sandy, smooth, well-groomed beach. 'A nice pueblito style resort. Simple but clean rooms and a great staff. There are enough restaurants (buffet and a la carte) with enough to choose from. Hygiene is checked very well by the restaurant.
Enough swimming pools to find yourself a quiet spot and a nice beach.'
