'The property was clean and quiet. The location is excellent and very near to food, gas, and shopping. The only property concerns I would address are the the room curtains and breakfast items and variety. The room curtains were not well fitted to the windows and let in a lot of light from the parking lot lights at night and sunlight first thing in the morning. During a two night stay the breakfast was the same both days and really needs to include some type of protein besides hard boiled eggs....

'We've stayed here many times and have noticed the hotel is starting to show wear and tear from the transient workers. Having grown up in the area, we refuse to pay a lot of money to stay in Monaca/Center Township, PA. We pulled in and two huge men (workers) were hanging out in the main entrance. Then, only one of our two keys worked despite three tips back and forth to try and fix it (battery needed changed). Then, there was only one tiny soap for two adults, staying two nights. 'The room was smelling freshly cleaned. The staff made me feel very welcomed. I enjoyed the breakfast for me being on the go. The pool was nice dip before turning in to sleep.'

Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. I did not feel safe. No outside light/ tiny windows. Room needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Too close...

'We loved that it was so quiet and peaceful. The living space in the upstairs cottage/loft. The owners were very nice and willing to help in anyway that they could. They made a great breakfast to start your day. Great place!!'

'Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. The stairs to the backyard are a bit steep but a vacant lot is available at the end of the street just 3 houses away.
