'It’s more of a long term stay than a hotel - there were no rooms available and had to wait an hour for a room to be cleaned because the former tenants had made a complete mess. A lot of people living there are working construction jobs in the area and wake up at 4am. Not great for a good night of sleep'

'We booked this Fairfield Inn because our house currently has no power and we thought it would at least be a fun, relaxing night for our kids since the hotel advertised a pool and free breakfast. Unfortunately, the pool was literally GREEN and completely unusable. Our kids were so excited to swim and were really disappointed. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7 AM, but by 8:30 there was still nothing out. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, there wasn’t even anyone working the desk....

'Clean room. The lady was not at the front seat when I was checking out. I had to wait 10-15 minutes. She never apologized for not being there. Was very frustrating.'
