'Hotel location was visible and easy to find. Hotel itself has two buildings that have the rooms. Upon checking in we found the pool has been unusable for 10+ months. The website did not inform you of this nor were we informed in any way prior other then arriving and reading it at the desk. I felt bad for the gals working the desk and having to take the disappointment for customers check-in in. BUT….. we were allowed to cancel our reservation without any questions or push back.'

'Clean rooms, well maintained property, nice beach area. Staff were out of this world friendly and helpful. We were close to a lot of things we wanted to see. It was very nice to have the kayaks available for use for free. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots, pans and utensils. We loved the deck area outback. 'The property was very private and beautiful. The hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus. The solar shower was chilly, but refreshing after a sauna! We took out the paddleboat and caught fish. We used the firepit each night and the stars were bright and breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others who don't mind not having running water in the cabin.'

'A wonderful place and a great time. The Ketcher’s cabin was lovely, well stocked and a great size. It has a huge deck out front with a round, glass table with umbrella and 4 rocking chairs. The kitchen even includes a dishwasher which is a rare find in any up north MN cabin. The brand new cookware (Carote)was so awesome we are going to buy a set for our home.
