'Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. '

'I have so many pictures of the room having holes in the walls, jacuzzi had stuff floating in it and jets didn’t work. There was pink hair everywhere. The shower had no pressure, smoke detector was hanging by wires from the ceiling. Picture frames were crooked, tv had no channels on it. I paid for late check out but they tried coming into my room before I was supposed to check out, liked my door code before my late check out time, walls were paper thin, blankets smelt like perfume, toilet had a...

'My Business partner and I had a wedding close by and decided to drive down the night before. There were no hotels close by and we were desperate for something closer. We are Gypsy Hair Guru, a traveling hair and makeup team that specializes in weddings. Urstad accomadated our late arrival and our early departure. I told them not to worry about breakfast because we were leaving at 6:30am and they still brewed fresh coffee and put out a delicious blueberry muffin bread that was amazing. Thank you...

'Overall it was ok but the code to get in didn’t work and I never got a response. Someone who worked there ultimately showed up and gave me a code and then she told me it was the code for the entire building. I don’t think she should be sharing that information. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of that'

'This is wonderful place to stay. Roomy, extremely comfortable, a beautiful, artistic house and a laid-back atmosphere. I came when the weather was cold and I was warm on the chilly nights. Then it got hot out but there's an overhead fan that kept me cool. The kitchen is spacious, immaculate and homey. Can't recommend it highly enough.'
