'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly, accommodating even tricky requests (like early morning breakfasts before we left the last day, etc.) There are several pools, the larger pool was awesome for kids with sunny and shady spots. The swim up "adults only" pool was heated and so lovely.'

'The hotel staff were fantastic and the view was beautiful. It was quite a ways from San Pedro town which limited dining options for us. The staff booked us a reservation at Mambo with a driver or boat pickup depending on the weather. The breakfast was good but very few options for dinner at the onsite restaurant. If I could do it again, I would rent a golf cart in town for the duration of our stay and book tours that picked us up at the resort dock.'

'The property itself is beautiful, but the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor communication from the staff. I paid them to arrange local flights, yet they failed to provide any information afterward. After I arrived in Belize, I tried calling again with no response. I ended up messaging them on WhatsApp from the airport, unsure whether I needed to purchase a new plane ticket or not.
