'A vacation within a vacation. We came to see & experience Crystal Bridges & we stumbled into 21c & downtown Bentonville. All of it, the entire city, makes the most of giving back in a very safe & beautiful place.'

'The staff was so nice and helpful. I guess our timing was good because they let us choose what floor we wanted. The breakfast was nice.'

'We booked a suite to take advantage of the table and chairs because we had work that needed to be done. The table was super wobbly and uneven. The couch was sunken down in the middle and one side of the king size bed was broken down. The staff was pleasant and everything was clean but our room definitely needed a refresh of furniture and lighting.'

'Great location right on the square. Brand new hotel. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was outstanding. Enjoyed picking up coffee and lite breakfast downstairs in the mornings. Especially liked their bicycle concierge service and rented 2 e-bikes and got good trail recommendations through them. Our rooms were sizable and we enjoyed the balconies available for our 2nd floor room. Overall, outstanding hotel. Would definitely stay here again.'

'The property was not what we was expecting We had watched the makeover on tv that dave an jenny done It was just.okay. the pool was great Our room had an awful sewer smell. Thank goodness they moved us to a diffrent room at 10 pm. Are we would have had to check out an go some where else'

'This is a very clean and hospitable property. It is no-frills. Not even a cell phone charging outlet. Room had tile floors and not carpeting and strangely laid out.'

'The hotel alarm system went off six times throughout the night my wife and I stayed at this Embassy Suites and we got very little sleep. I asked the front desk about a refund and was told management would contact me which they never did so even though I travel to this area alot, I will never stay at Embassy Suites again.'

'I am an amputee and had requested a handicapped accessible bathroom. Upon my arrival, I was told there were no handicapped accessible bathrooms available. In the early evening, the staff had changed and I went up and asked the front desk person if there were any handicapped rooms. He assured me there were, checked his computer and lo and behold they had handicapped rooms. Absolutely pathetic SERVICE'

'Close to Highway, no traffic noise! Close to some food, close to baseball field to catch a game. We just slept, used nothing with the hotel. Looked like small indoor pool, huge open area in hotel. Outdated IMO. Carpet needs fixed, about tripped because it was bunched up in places. One sink in our room did not drain, held water. Small TV.'
