'Had water leaking from the ceiling and mold and bugs in our room. Got moved to a temporary room for one day and told a permanent solution would be made the next day. We were finally given a new room around 6pm after being out of the temporary room by 9am. This hotel is run down and needs a major update. Tried to get a partial refund, but hotel refused to reply to Expedia. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We were not the only ones to have room issues while we were there.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Hamilton Princess. The staff go out their way to meet your every need. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the Infinity pool and hot tub. We had an incredible dinner at Intrepid. Downtown Hamilton is an easy walk from the hotel. This is where we will stay when we are back in Bermuda. '
