'Great location right on the ocean for a reasonable (for Bermuda) price. Facilities are a bit dated, but clean, nice & safe. While we were there they seemed to be understaffed - our room, and that of other arriving guests, was not ready at check-in time and was not so for 1 1/2 hours. 'The hotel reminded of a beautiful old Colonial style Hotel. The grounds are beautiful. Location is a short walk to the shops in Hamilton. The breakfast area, which includes a free breakfast, is partially open to the outside and is surrounded by a tranquil garden. 'Hi, I just returned from my stay at Dawkins Manor....Mrs Dawkins was a great host...don't expect the most updated furnishings and ammenities but you get what you pay for and it was a great value....super clean....nice amount of space...very centrally located...walk to market, the beach, bus stop....I will definitely stay there again when traveling back to the island.'
