'Location is perfect - close to the National Park entrance or a short drive to Pigeon Forge. The kids love playing in the huge gentle sloping yard. 'Everything was great. Paved driveway all the way to front porch which was excellent for the motorcycle. Went out to dinner and left house keys at cabin. The host was able to quickly help us out. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone!! Very peaceful and quiet. '

'The cabin is cozy and comfortable, surrounded by woods, peaceful and quiet. A sample of the owner's/manager's responsiveness: we reported that we couldn't find the lid to the coffee pot. A few hours later, there was brand new coffee pot at the door. (There was no urgency; the Keurig worked fine.) Great location too. Townsend is closest to the national park without the tourist mayhem or towns like Gatlinburg. I highly recommend the Yellow Door Cabin. (I'd love to get back there for fall...

'We were in town for my brother's wedding and searched for a cabin for us to stay a couple nights. My wife located this cabin near Cades Cove. The place is very nice for a small family or a couple. Very clean with everything you need including a grill. '
