'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'Our stay was wonderful. It was our anniversary trip. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay and this place was the perfect spot. It was really close and convenient to everything and the rustic theme was very cozy and the view of the mountains was beautiful. Very easy check in process and staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. '
