'there was nobody in reception to check my 8 rooms in. we waited an hour to book the clarion inn across the street. after I did that, the gentleman walked in. good news, he refunded me and apologized. Dont book this hotel when you are a traveling tourist. it is a hotel for the homeless '

Three days ago, I sent an email reporting that I had encountered bedbugs during my stay, combined with hives. I also attached photos to the message. 'Geweldig verblijf. Mooie ruime kamer, goede bedden en een heerlijke inloop douche met de keuze uit een gewone douche of een regendouche. Leuk zwembad met hele goede ligbedden. Prima ontbijt met versgemaakte ei-producten. Zeker een aanrader. S'avonds nog effe fijn in de Spa geweest met een heerlijke hottub. Receptie was ook zéér vriendelijk en behulpzaam. '
