'there was nobody in reception to check my 8 rooms in. we waited an hour to book the clarion inn across the street. after I did that, the gentleman walked in. good news, he refunded me and apologized. Dont book this hotel when you are a traveling tourist. it is a hotel for the homeless '

The next morning they knocked and tried getting in the room early 2 times, even after explaining to the first employee whom I opened the door for. I needed the extra sleep as I had a very long day ahead, which didn't happen. I just stayed up after the first disruption. '
