'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. 'Our suite was roomy with well thought out furniture. The facility has many pleasant amenities and the visual appeal is high.'

'Nice place for an overnight stay. Property is relatively new but some worn scraps and scratches on the furniture and walls. There’s a train that runs close by but not terribly loud.'

'Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27.'
