I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. 'I appreciate the ease of booking the room, even after a few adjustments prior to the visit. Everything during our stay was great. I appreciate the welcoming demeanor of the staff from the front desk to the room staff. The facilities were clean and comfortable, you can’t go wrong with hot showers and soft beds!

"If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be.
I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. If you’re traveling solo, make sure to ask for a room that’s not adjoining. I did not feel safe knowing the person in the room next to me could just come in and vice versa. Wich also resulted in a sleepless first night since the snoring from the neighbor was crystal clear to hear and kept me awake. TV only worked on the channels with hotel information. For over $100 a night and extra fees you cannot escape and no breakfast included, I would suggest going to another hotel or even a decent motel. The first floor with the casino etcetera is very nice and luxurious. Any other floor is just average like every other hotel or decent motel. "
