'Great location with a wide variety of options for breakfast. A full kitchen with everything that you would need to make a meal in your room. The bed was a little bit firm for my liking, but it was still a great rest. I felt safe and right at home. The front desk staff was always polite and every single one of them that I interacted with smiled. '

'Everything was wonderful, but you had one cleaner that we asked for towels in the hallway that had such a snobby attitude and I asked her how was her day just to try to uplift her spirit and I don’t know if she was going through something but work isn’t the place to bring problems other than that it was an awesome stay. 'Was there for the weekend. Check in staff was great. Jay was the one who checked me in and he was so friendly and nice, let me know about the bar and grill what time it closes and about breakfast hours. He sing a song cause I was there for a concert. We had a running toilet and they had it fix less then 5 minutes after I reported it. Room was clean the hotel it self was clean inside and outside. All the staff was very nice when you saw them. This will be my stay whenever I'm in town.'

'This was a very clean hotel. Every staff person we encountered was very, very friendly. It was an easy off and on the highway and was surrounded by great places to eat. We will definitely stay here again as we have friends in the area. '

"If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be.

I did not feel safe knowing the person in the room next to me could just come in and vice versa. Wich also resulted in a sleepless first night since the snoring from the neighbor was crystal clear to hear and kept me awake. TV only worked on the channels with hotel information. For over $100 a night and extra fees you cannot escape and no breakfast included, I would suggest going to another hotel or even a decent motel. The first floor with the casino etcetera is very nice and luxurious. Any other floor is just average like every other hotel or decent motel. "
