'The AC, fridge, and microwave all worked as they should. The bed was comfortable. The DISH TV channel selection was skimpy and the image was grainy for reasons unknown. I alerted the desk staff to the problem to no avail. No coffee in the room, but the lobby has it. Bring your own shampoo.'

'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'I had a no smoking room when I approached my room. I thought someone was smoking in the hallway. When I got into my room, it just felt dirty and dingy. It looked like a ghost was sitting over in the chair like someone had been sitting there all day. The next morning, I got my breakfast. I walked back through the smoky smell of the hallway. I couldn’t stay there more than four days I have booked it for four days but only could stay one night.'
