Disappointed in the pet (policy) rate - stayed at a Marriott location yesterday and was only charged a 20 dollar refundable deposit. Most pets (at least my pet) is/are more well behaved than some kids these days and there is no extra charge for kids. That’s humor. I do understand that is not always the case, but seems the good ones are overcompensating for the bad ones. '

We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...
