'Geen toeristische plek, er valt weinig te beleven buiten de zomerperiode.
Eten in hotel is 'bijzonder' (wij vonden het echt niet lekker). Hotel is wel erg netjes en comfortabel maar... op vrijdagavond erg veel lawaai van de 'disco' die in de bar is georganiseerd, net onder de kamer.'

'Prima hotel op nog geen 2 minuten lopen van het vliegveld. Ideale locatie. 15 min met de taxi naar het centrum. Hotel is netjes, schoon, ietwat gedateerd maar primA. Ontbijt ook wat je mag verwachten. Kortom, prima hotel voor paar dagen Norwich'

'Fantastic hotel really with loads of character set in lovely grounds running down to the river. Small personal homely feel not a bland corporate Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Probably one of the best spa facilities that I haves ever visited the beer spar was a first for me and greatly enjoyed thanks to Macy for the great back and neck massage. Evening meal food was fantastic.'

'We hardly had any pressure and hot water in the shower. They had no probleem to move us to another room, which was okay. Shower cabin is a bit small for large people. Great location, though, friendly staff, there was a fridge and even a microwave. Wouldn't mind going there again.'

'OK, het hotel is niet duur. Maar als je er dan bent komt dat niet voor niets. Het hele hotel mag wel eens flink opgeknapt worden, het is smoezelig en het ruikt muf. Het waterstraalje in de douche was zeer klein. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Ik ga er in ieder geval niet meer heen. Dan maar 25 pond meer betalen voor iets meer luxe.'

'So very welcoming and friendly , excellent customer service . Superb choice of breakfast and cooked to perfection. We ate in the restaurant one evening which was also of a very high standard. Our sea view room on the first floor was very clean and it was great to have a small fridge included.The only very small negative which did not spoil our stay , if you are on the first floor you may hear other customers walking about in their room from the floor above .'
