'Room nice size & clean. But from about 6am, we could hear bassy music presuming from the gym next door. Outside of property was a mess, the bin was over flowing & cigerette buts all over. Not a welcoming sight. The disabled spot was taken by someone without/not displaying blue badge'

'As I filled in the check in form online before arrival, the whole process took literally a couple of seconds. The staff were very polite and answered all our questions. We had a set menu dinner at The Terrace hotel restaurant - very reasonable price and top quality food, we had all three courses. Good selection of wine also. Next morning we had breakfast- again, plenty of choice and service '

'The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. 'Very beautiful small B&B type hotel. Very nice outdoor settings and gardens, ideal for a few days stay in summer. Room very clean and comfy with extra's. Bathroom immaculate. 'OK, het hotel is niet duur. Maar als je er dan bent komt dat niet voor niets. Het hele hotel mag wel eens flink opgeknapt worden, het is smoezelig en het ruikt muf. Het waterstraalje in de douche was zeer klein. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Ik ga er in ieder geval niet meer heen. Dan maar 25 pond meer betalen voor iets meer luxe.'
