'I stayed here once before and in my memory I was pretty happy back then. The room that I had now was not in a good condition, dirty walls that needed painting and also the furniture was dirty and have a lot of stains. Also housekeeping could do a better job as it was far from spotless. Breakfast looked nice but not much healthy options. They do offer laundry service, but it is crazy expensive (more expensive than most five star hotels). Based on this stay, I will not return!'

'Decent accomodation about 15 minutes walk to Burwood Plaza. Had complementary parking and continental breakfast ( basic). Except for the pillows being a bit on the firmer side had no other issues. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit which was spacious. The check in staff was super nice- thank you.'

'Very smooth check in process. Lovely, clean quiet hotel a few minutes walk from a shopping centre, restaurants and station to the city. Would stay here again.'

'The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops.'

'There were the bare basics only. No TV. no tea/coffee. Only one key set. One bed was like sleeping on concrete, the other like sleeping on saggy foam. No bedside lamps. On the plus side it was clean, spacious, good aircon, full of light, and close to PT and shops. And reasonably priced.'

'Great location, price and the apartment was clean and tidy. The downfall was the running water in the ensuite toilet heard throughout the night, major stains on the uncomfortable lounge, uncomfortable beds and flat pillows spoilt the overall experience. '

'No aircon in the unit only fans, if you drive a large suv parking at the back on the allocated slot is very incovenient. Wifi is not available for my firsr 2 days of accomodation until i spoke to customer service. Rooms are very basic. Lots of cockroach which tells you the cleanliness. Otherwise great location. Close to train station. Lots of great restaurants around.'
