'The Front Desk Staff were patient and courteous answering all my dumb questions. The room reserved was exactly what we had requested. The amenities onsite were perfect for us. Didn't need to leave during our two day stay IF we didn't need to. Bonus for us: seeing Jason Day and his caddie, Luke Reardon!'

Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'Staff was rude and frustrated because she was working by herself and it was a long line And rooms were not smelling clean ,sheets didn’t feel like that crisp clean feel it felt like sticky sheets… tv had one battery remote..sit was put all the way on 60 degrees and it still did not get cold ..overall 0 out of ten..I don’t recommend!!'

'The made a nonrefundable CHARGE (not deposit) for the second room key, despite there were two adults staying in the room. Outrageous. The staff were all polite and I noted that they were following an unconscionable policy that would mean that I would not return unless notified that this policy had been amended. 'LeBossier Hotel truly deserves every bit of a 5‑star rating. It’s by far the nicest and most comfortable hotel in the entire Ark‑La‑Tex. The staff goes above and beyond, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and making guests feel at home. I felt safe, relaxed, and taken care of the whole time. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bossier. Highly recommended'

'The house, built 1870, would be a dream for children: candy, cookies, chocolate, muffins, candybars e v e r y w h e r e !! Inside it has an extensive collection of all kind of odds and ends, which makes the house so cozy! We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed. You must not count on (daily) cleaning and making the bed, because both jobs won't happen. That was a bit disappointing, because we stayed for four nights and had expected that to happen.
