'We Enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff Everywhere!'

'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. If you’re traveling solo, make sure to ask for a room that’s not adjoining. I did not feel safe knowing the person in the room next to...

'Everything was great'

'It is a real nice hotel.'

'DO NOT STAY HERE! 11/02/2026 They didn’t have a machine to make room key cards. No phone number to call the property. Unable to cancel after receptionist stated they would approve the cancelation. Was not granted a refund through Expedia. When we arrived the lobby smelled like marijuana, the parking lot was trashed and it was hard to get to from the street.'

'Tv in 414 is broken, screen turns green after a few minutes. A bottle of water with the coffee would be a good idea and for multiple day stays where they don't service tge room at least drop off more coffee.'

'Gggggg'

'Very friendly staff, clean and tidy room, both hot and cold options for breakfast. If you’re traveling solo or just looking for a comfortable stay without needing much room. This is your spot. Do recommend , would stay here again.'

The room...

'Noise from the freeway was horrible.'

'Alleen de douche deur haperde '

'Elevators need a little extra attention, dirty. Chair in the breakfast area need to be tide up the legs are not sturdy. In the room tab water take long time to go trough drainage.'

'Upon checkin we were assigned an accessible Room with 2 queen beds which not what we booked. The ceiling fan was so dusty and visible on every blade. The sink had salad in it which was an eyesore. The hotel staff told us they could reassign another room the next day and we were assigned to another room that was not cleaned yet. Bedding was stripped. Finally, assigned to another room but the system failed to show it was assigned to us causing interruptions from an unexpected guess with access to...
