'Stay of two nights after first night, shower not working, left at 3.30am to assist a volunteer group and reported issue to reception, return 1.30am the next day & found no attention to shower issue at all. They very reluckantly gave axcess to another room only for use of shower. Very poor no apology.'

'We arrived early with the intention of storing our luggage and venturing into Sydney (we had a car but we took the train to avoid Sydney parking fees: the train station was less than a 5 minute walk away and the train took us straight to Circular Quay, so perfect) but our room was already ready so we got a free early check in which was lovely. 'The hotel staff there were really friendly and welcoming, however, the whole building smells like a stale smoker who is homeless. I had to move to a different venue, as i couldnt put up with the cigarette smell throughout the building. I walked through the gaming room to the restaurant and every 2nd person had a cigarette lit! I thought smoking was banned indoors? They also didnt clean the room, the toilet wasnt very clean, there was no soap in the bodywash, shampoo or conditioner. I would...
