'Hotel was everything it was guaranteed to be, however the staff was completely unhelpful and definitely did not do anything to change it. Concierge was rude, when asked if they had restroom while we were waiting for our room he told us to go across the street. Also when we asked for a bottle opener we were told they had none to offer.'
