'It was way below average and was not a cheap property to stay at. Very dirty room, bathroom was disgusting. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool area was even dirty. Front desk clerk was also doing the breakfast area. Wore the same gloves from food area, to front desk, back to food area.'

'The “cottage” was definitely not as advertised. It was rated well, which is very deceiving. It was dirty, dilapidated and the shower was something out of a horror movie. Mold had taken over. Expedia and VRBO should take a good hard look at how they vet their listed properties. But that was the good part. Approximately 11 pm, there was a knock at the front door. There were 3 gangbangers standing there expecting us to let them in. I yelled “occupied” out the door, they mumbled something and left....
