'We stayed in 4 other hotels during our adventures on Vancouver Island and the Fairmont was the best for Cleanliness, helpful staff, bed comfort and amenities. It costs equivalent to a neighbouring property that we found disappointing. Walk to pretty much everything you want from here and the grounds are pretty.'

'Nette accommodatie. We waren erg vroeg bij hotel (10:30) en konden pre-inchecken. We zouden via sms geinformeerd worden wanneer kamer klaar was. In ieder geval konden we de auto direct parkeren en omdat het Canada dag was meteen naar het naast gelegen festival terrein. Rond 12.00 was onze kamer al beschikbaar.'

'Staff is very friendly and helpful, nice shopping center nearby and connecting by bus to Downtown is great. Room is small but clean and kitchenette is nice. However inside hotel is noisy and outside the hotel needs some maintenance. The part of the building with Restaurant and liquid Store looks Expired. '

'Het ontbijtbuffet was het slechtste buffet die we ooit hadden. Mijn vrouw werd in de late namiddag weg gestuurd vanuit Vista 18, omdat er zogezegd te weinig bediening was terwijl er bijna geen volk aanwezig was... onbegrijpelijk.'

'Very convenient area plenty of food option , walking distance to everywhere . The stuffs were super nice and helpful , we have excellent experience when chef in and check out and every time we pass the reception. The cleaning crew also super nice and helpful. We had our dog with us and she must feel pretty happy '
