'The hotel is in a great location, next to outlet stores, close to good restaurants, and with really nice mountain views. The amenities are awesome: clean pools, decent gym, but there was a musty smell when you walked in. It seems like it was once a really nice hotel, but the A/C units are really loud, and the rooms were not very clean. There were sticky spots on the carpets (candy), trash left in the fridge from previous guests, and the bathrooms had hair in the sink and on the toilet....

'The resort is an excellent combination of a good apartment for a family of 6 and a resort with you need for a family stay. The kis enjoyed the thinhs they could do, te campfire, the special events, etc. The apartment was of good condition. '

'I’m not sure why Expedia gave this property a 9/10 rating. The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, and didn’t feel clean. It felt more like a budget motel than a hotel with such a high rating. I regret trusting Expedia’s recommendation because it was very misleading. While the location is decent, there are many newer, much nicer hotels nearby that offer far better value. I paid $260 for one night, which was extremely disappointing given the condition of the property. In my opinion, it’s not...

'Comfortable bed but loud overhead with people walking above us. Could not find the common area for shared Keurig machine, toilet wobbly, bath floor tiles cracked & poster bed corner blocked wall TV. Very pricey breakfast was so- so & don’t plan on staying there again. One nice thing that happened was we were given another room of equal value when we discovered water leaking from the ceiling in our original reserved room.'

'Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however...
