'Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however...

'The hotel smelled musty or I guess like a ski lodge. When we got to the room, there was no trash can or shower curtain. When I asked for shower curtain the next morning, they did bring us a new one but didnt take any of our pizza boxes or trash out of the room. When I asked about it, they said we have to ask our room to be cleaned, even though we put the sign on the door to have our room cleaned.
