Kies je hotel in Carroll County

'Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however...

'Great stay on a beautiful location.'

'Na'

'We were disappointed after arriving. The place needs updating. Could not believe they still use a key to unlock the door. The carpet in the room was old. We had ants in our room. One pillow didn't have a pillowcase on it. In fact, the pillows were awful. Overall it was just old. The creek behind the hotel is pretty.'

'The resort is an excellent combination of a good apartment for a family of 6 and a resort with you need for a family stay. The kis enjoyed the thinhs they could do, te campfire, the special events, etc. The apartment was of good condition. '

'Over all the room and the property was good but there was a weird smell that when you first walked in but once we opened the patio door it went away beyond that we had a great stay I do recommend the hotel.'

'Rooms seemed old and tired bed was not comfortable'

'The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly.'

'Large parking, location is great. Very clean and new building. Breakfast is not typical buffet, so you have to choose either of options(omelet, parfe yogurt or pancake should be all part of breakfast, not to be different options to choose one). Wish they have more entrance/exits. There’s one microwave in lobby.'

'Nice place in midtown!'

'Goed hotel om omgeving te verkennen. Netjes, ruim, goed ontbijt'

'We loved the property. It’s a beautiful spot. Breakfast was delicious. The stocked pantry is a nice touch especially the cookies. The one down side was our visit to the Alpine bar. I think it was understaffed. The bartender was responsible for making all the drinks plus taking food orders. As a result we waited quite a while to put in a food order. The service was not very good because of these issues. I realize he was overworked but an apology for the wait time would have been nice.'

'Staat is aan verbetering toe verder zoals je mag verwachten personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam '
