'Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Bathroom was dated, clean, and well lit. Outside parking lot and grounds need some maintenance and landscaping.'

'The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!'

'Faucet was broken and the water that came in the sink was burning and unbearably hot. The washrooms were not clean. However the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room which was just as bad. There was a brown stain on the comforter which was disgusting. Wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere to stay in Kansas city'

'The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were ok, but don’t look like the pictures on the site. It was ok just to have a place to come and sleep for the price and that I could bring my small dog. There wasn’t a pool, which is listed as an amenity. If there was a free breakfast I wasn’t ever aware of it. The beds are comfortable. For the price I would stay here again.'

'I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best'

'The room reaked of cigarette smoke, it was sketchy, dirty and the chair that was in the room looked like something out of a crack house. There was an old couch in the corridor. We didn't stay and are waiting for a full refund'

'Great location to KC without being IN KC. A little loud on the traffic noise from hwy 50 but it quiets down early enough. Well appointed cabin, good parking, responsive host to our only issue with the door lock.'
