De kamer was resent nog opgeknapt en was erg goed. Minpunt is het eenvoudige ontbijt wat de avond ervoor bezorgt wordt. De gelegenheid is er om hiervoor iets meer te regelen in de eetgelegenheid. Wie van speelautomaten houd kan hier vooruit. Receptie is wat klungelig en onprofessioneel, maar ze doen goed de best.'

'Although updated and clean, and good budget rooms, the walls are not soundproof and there was a locked door between rooms with gaps. Could hear everyone's toiletting and conversations, door slamming etc.. View from room was over the bay but the industrial wharf site and wood chip pile was in front of the bay.'

'I have stayed here multiple times with previous owners, new owners have taken it over its gone down hill not properly maintained, I will never stay there again. heat pump filters clogged and not clean and heat pump unit working, not chucking out much heat and had it on the highest setting and still just a little warm. I went and said something to the front office and came back with a heater and said do you even clean them and they said yes, fridge seal broken and growing mould, they are...

'Property close to city centre Great accommodation but a couple of things let it down there was no pod coffee machine for great coffee not to expensive to put one in Could do with a floor rug under beds as floors cold and bed slides around light globes need replacing few blown and block out curtains to hide light and the worst thing of all was the warf area opposite rental extremely noisy all night that would be our biggest grudge got no sleep for 2 nights trains and loaders...

'Kitchen is well appointed with added extras like glad wrap, foil and oil. Laundry is shared. Don't expect to stand on the verandah as shown in the picture as it is all enclosed. Only disappointment was the lounge room. Couch is old and way to small for a 2 bedroom apartment. TV is tiny. WiFi was good.'
