'Nice cosy little cabin accommodation with ensuite bathroom. Quiet room, reasonable sleep. Electric blankets were required to be used, but unfortunately one of the side (mine!) of the double electric blanket wasn't functioning. Normally we would have reported that to the proprietors but we were aware that the Hotel had closed for the night a few hours earlier and staff gone, so we put up with it. Overall a comfortable stay for 1 night.'

'A very pleasant overnight stay. Very well equipped, you could cook if you wanted but we headed down to the pub which was excellent value.Everything you needed was in the accomodation, would highly recommend.'

'When we arrived at Blue Lake Lodge no one was there and the place was all locked up. Tried to phone the lodge but rang out to a full answering machine. So clearly something wrong with their booking system. '
