'Awful check-in awful service. I tried to reach the front desk and management and no return phone call. I’m writing this because this will not my first time nor my last time in Colorado. Due to my son living there for the past eight years. We wanted a nice vacation with Hot Springs and just had terrible service the entire time. 'Net hotel voor onderweg. Schone kamers met koelkast en magnetron. Eetgelegenheden in de buurt. We hadden alleen wat problemen met de airco, die blies ons zowat het bed uit. Hebben we dus maar uitgezet. Ontbijt is goed. Niet bijzonder.'

'This is one of the hidden gems hotel. We were a little to early, because of the light traffic underway. But we could check in immediately and enter the room. The room was fantastic. Spacious and super clean. Beds were very comfy. Loved the digital doorlock. No worry’s for not working keycards. Breakfast was also great. Lot of choices and very friendly staff. Location is perfect. Close to downtown and highway. If we come back to Salida, we will stay here again !!'

'GHOST INN FROM 1800! Like entering the twilight zone! Cooks walked out so no restaurant no nothing! No people except squatters! No staff except one 90 year old grouch plus little ole carpet cleaner in hall! We threw keys on desk and left! Massive complaint with Expedia demanding refund!'

'Overall, the property was good but not excellent and not in line with the cost. The decoration was basically dark and darker. A bit odd for a part of the country that has about 300 days of sunshine per year. Modern and simple is great but they did not pull it off. The quality of the finishes was good. 'This was such a great place to stay. The staff was wonderful, had a small issue with our picnic table but they were there and fixed it right away. They were very accommodating with our requests. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked with anything you may have forgotten. The made to order breakfast was awesome and delicious. Our grandkids loved the s’mores nightly. Would definitely stay here again.'

'The advertising photo of the nice cabin is not the cabin we got and booking was misleading. No AC, no water, no bathroom, just the cabin and two outlets. The advertising is misleading as there was no coffee. The coffee house pictured is not open. The people were very nice, it was quiet and it looks like they are really trying to do some nice improvements.
