'We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The grounds were quiet and seemed very safe - we did hear the trains a few times, but with a white-noise speaker and some soft earplugs, it didn't bother us or the dogs at all. If...

'We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, clean, and convenient to the interstate. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. It could use a new set of cookware, but we were able to cook 2 basic pasta meals with the pots and pans that were there. We loved being able to park our car securely behind the back gate. We also loved that our pup had a yard to roam without having to be leashed. We would definitely stay here again. '

From the basket of towels and sandals for the hot tub, to the welcome book full of local food and fun, you can tell they really care if their guests enjoys their stay! Everything was super clean and cozy. And we absolutely loved all the movie and sports decor. 10/10! '

'The River House at Claremont was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. I am a huge Gone With the Wind fan and this property brought you back to the South prior to the Civil War all we needed were ball gowns to make it really authentic. The house was well appointed with the necessaries (toilet paper, tissues, and toiltetries). In addition the kitchen pantry had salt, pepper, flour and other staples. The interior of the house is amazing with much of the furniture handmade by the owner...

"Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk."
