'The cabins are beautiful and in a quiet area. The staff helped me when I injured myself on my first day. The air conditioning was refreshingly quiet. The only downside is that you have to ask for cleaning (in general and wastebasket dumping), fresh towels, and change of sheets. If you want to use the pool, forget about it. It is in dire need of cleaning. That being said, it was a good experience with a few hiccups.'

'I would not stay here again. Most things in our room was all unplugged. Many things did not work. Our things did not charge up as expected over night. Their breakfast was only open from 7 to 9.'

'The manager of the property was amazing. They also have a ferry shuttle that will pick you up and take you to the dock and back to the hotel which was amazing!'

'Room was clean enough. But definitely needs to upgrade. We had a CPAP and had to unplug a lamp to use it. And put coffee maker on floor because the cord wasn’t long enough. No microwave. The man in the office was very friendly'

'Cuando llegué todo se veía aparentemente limpio pero tuve la peor experiencia de encontrar 2 chinches en la cama, la aparte de afuera del balcón lleno de telarañas y las sillas así como el ventanal para salir al balcón que da a la playa muy sucias, por otro lado la tina de baño al bañarse nunca se fue el agua, totalmente tapado. Muy mala experiencia, piden la tarjeta por si deja uno en malas condiciones la habitación; para cobrar cualquier situación, cuando ellos no tienen la higiene en ella....

'The cleaning and dining staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the check in/front desk staff was extremely helpful and others were completely clueless. Luck of the draw. Overall the staff kept the place clean however the hotel itself has seen better days. The lobby intermittently smelled as if they had a sewage backup and our room has a very musty/moldy smell to it.'

'the hallway’s, stairs , and elevator was filthy they all needed to be vacuumed. My balcony screen door wasn’t functional if I wanted to keep my balcony door opened I couldn’t because the screen was ripped wide open! our linens had stains everywhere! this is why I bring my own blankets and pillows. the room door kept banging every time people would go up and sown the stairs. on a positive note the staff was very friendly.'

'Old motor lodge that has been updated. Its clean, basic motel. Tight.parking but plenty of it. Pool and hot tub worked as promised. Friendly dog at the desk too!'

'Great location for walking right across the street to Armstrong ferry. They are dog friendly. We had a small dog and paid a $25 dog fee. Our room needed some love but was just fine for sleeping. We may have been given a dog friendly room so it may have been not as well kept as others. The lamp cord looked chewed on and some of the headboard lighting didn’t work. Would stay again for a stopover but nothing more.'

'Room was nice. Staff was nice, although I was told on the phone ahead of time that the pet fee was $25, it's actually $50. Not a huge big deal (apparently it was changed a year ago), but when I paid it with my debit card, they charged me twice. The second charge eventually was refunded after 3 days, but for a few days my account was down $75 from what I had budgeted (extra $25 for pet fee from what I was told on the phone & $50 erroneous double charge), so if you're on a tight budget, luckily I...
