'The air conditioning didn’t work right and room was not cool. The beds were terrible to sleep on. The pool room for swimming was so hot you couldn’t stay in there to swim. The pool water was not the cleanest. Breakfast was horrible! The food was cold and the sausage was still frozen. It was not fit to eat. I will never stay there again'

'We loved our stay in this beautiful, historic home filled with charm and warmth. This is a great location as well and we walked across the street to Finley Farms for coffee and pastries as well as for lunch (which was wonderful). Our host was very responsive but also respected our privacy. We were on a week long trip through this area and our stay here was definitely the highlight of our vacation. '

'Great space that is exactly as listed, and convenient to local shops and attractions. Wonderful host who is very accommodating. Parking is very convenient and there is an awesome coffee shop called GW right next door. Also, there is a hidden gem called Sands Cafe right down the road that has great breakfast options. You can’t go wrong with this stay.'

'This was a great place for us to finish our trip to Branson and Payne’s Valley. House was like new. One thing you need to know is you can’t drive up to the tree house. You park below and walk up a very nice wood walkway. If your handicap this could be challenging. '

Kitchen has more than enough pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for preparing and serving large meals. House is in a quiet cul de sac and close to stores if you need to pick up essential items. Don’t forget to bring dishwashing liquid, paper towels, and garbage bags or include those items in a grocery delivery.'
